2.楞型設計不合理：R和r的配合不能適合厚紙的需求。這類情況容易在E楞和B楞上出現，生產高克重的瓦紙時，瓦楞不容易成型會增加瓦楞棍壓力，從而導致瓦紙破裂損傷致里紙現象。
